OOTS!
OOTS!
was started in Santa Fe in 2004 by Arian Roefs and Godfried
Konings, two Dutch people living happily in the New Mexico desert
with their kids.
The name OOTS! is a tribute to Sjaan, Arian's mom (top
right): Anytime something surprises her, she utters
this deadpan exclamation, and then continues with the business
at hand.
Sjaan has been making clothes
her whole life, and for her grandchildren she crafted baby bibs
from terrycloth towels. These sturdy, practical bibs-with-sleeves
turned out to be crowd-pleasers everywhere. And they became
the inspiration for the baby bbibs by OOTS!

OOTS!
strives to make everyday products unique and fashionable.
The owners' design savvy, so far, has been applied to baby bibs
and melamine dish sets for kids. Other day-to-day products that
are screaming for an edgy, original and elegant new design treatment,
are in the works!
